As of Sunday, 4/27/08, the lake had 4 inches of springtime snow (yes snow, not corn) on top of 3 feet of solid ice (verified by ice fishing hole). No melting has yet to occur around the shoreline and both Governor’s Hill and Stuart Mill Bay Campground continue to hold onto their snowpack.
