sweet, I think he got lucky on that particular launch. I would say that would work about half the time, and the other half, Im not so sure would be as smooth.
Yeah those coastal fliers have it way too easy. I think if you're out in gusty weird wind conditions i see a mass potential for line twists and inverts. This guy sure made it look easy tho. I've done some similar moves on very light days when if its leading edge down i can walk up to the kite hooked in flip the kite over and run back before the next cycle.
I guess give it a go and see if it works.
P.S. The kite looked like one edge was pulling which is good but what if the wind was low and it layed on its leading edge then you would be in a regular ckite after hookup looking around for some assistance.
