UT-83 @41.803117, -112.416367 Snowkiting

My friend found this place about 15 West of Tremonton, Ut just off I-84. Farming fields, hills, largely unfenced and unposted with good snow loads. This area seems to have a little wind coming off the surrounding hills when other low areas are calm. These roads are maintained gravel, may have heavy snow loads. We got in with FWD car but probably should have been in a 4WD.
